Shipping to Canada

If you choose FREE no tracking shipping for your small packages, there will be no way of knowing when your parcel arrives, and no possibility of a refund on our part as it will be impossible to track. If you prefer to track your parcel to avoid any complications, you may choose one of the tracked shipping option at checkout. There will be no refund for lost packages or if your package had an incomplete address, as it is out of my hands completely.

Shipping the USA

Due to current tariffs, the base shipping rate for orders to the USA is set at $80 CAD. If the actual shipping cost is lower, which is usually the case, you will be refunded the difference after your order ships. Shipping typically ranges between $30–$75 CAD, depending on your location. If you’d like an exact quote before purchasing, feel free to email me or DM me on Instagram with your full shipping address, I’ll happily look it up for you in advance.

Shipping worldwide

Tracked standard shipping is offered at checkout worldwide. 

Shipping times

All 1/1 unique jewelry orders will take 3 to 7 business days to prepare. All other items are considered made to order and will take 7 to 14 days to prepare. 

All damaged goods upon arrival will be refunded or you will be sent a new one. (Proof will be mandatory)

I also offer free repairs within the first 30 days, and you can always message me if you want to repair something after that time and only pay for materials.
