Q.) How long will it take to make and ship my order?

All jewelry is handmade to order and will take 3 to 5 days to produce and to ship. On certain occasions and holidays, it can take up to a week to ship your order (in that case, you will be notified). 

Q.) Do you take custom orders?

Yes we do! Please let me know if there's anything you would want us to make that you can't find on the website. You can either email us at vegevedge.com or DM us on instagram @vegevedge. The payment process for custom orders will be done by direct deposit or e-transfer only. Please note that we will answer your custom request when we have available spots.

Q.) What is your jewelry made of and how is it made?

All the jewelry is hand sculpted out of Fimo polymer clay. The chains, clasps, hooks, hoops, jump rings and all other hardware is stainless steel and hypoallergenic. Keep in mind that since everything is handmade to order, every item is one of a kind and is subject to slight changes from the product images. Please also note that one person is doing everything revolving around Vegevedge, so be kind and gentle, we will always be available to help or answer your questions if needed.

Q.) My shipment has not arrived, I think it is lost.

All parcels are made with lots of love and care, which means it is the biggest bummer when we hear your package has not made it to you. However, once the package leaves our hands, it is completely out of our control to know when it will arrive or even if it will. If you parcel has not arrived within 15 days (Canada) and 20 days (U.S and worldwide), please inform us as soon as possible and we will figure out a solution together.  Our primary goal is for you to be happy, so no worries! We will gladly send you another package if it has not arrived.
