In the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, we offer the choice of a free replacement or a refund. Contact us at gabriellewhiteoff@gmail.com OR on instagram @vegevedge within 30 days of delivery and we will gladly help sort things out for you. In all other cases, each piece is made to order and created specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details carefully before purchasing, including sizing, materials, and production timelines.

We do not accept refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing provided by the customer
• Normal variations that occur in handmade pieces
