Q.) How long will it take to make and ship my order?

All jewelry is handmade to order and will take 7 to 14 days to produce and to ship. On rare occasions and busy times, it might take longer to ship your order (in that case, you will be notified by email). All 1/1 unique piece will take 5-10 business days to prepare.

Q.) What is your jewelry made of and how is it made?

Each piece of jewelry is meticulously hand-sculpted in wax, then transformed into a mold and cast in sterling silver. Every finding and hardware component is also made from sterling silver, ensuring durability that lasts a lifetime.

For all clay pieces, they are sculpted from polymer clay and assembled using glass beads, freshwater pearls and stainless steel or silver findings and hardware.

Q.) How do I take care of my pieces and ensure their longevity?

To preserve the beauty of your sterling silver pieces, store them in a dry place, away from moisture (plastic air tight bag or pouch). Wear them regularly to slow tarnishing, and gently clean with a soft cloth or silver polish when needed. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or water for lasting shine. 

For your clay pieces, keep away from water as it will wear down the resin varnish, and remove your pieces when doing physical activity that will make you produce sweat or that could result in breaking the piece.

Q.) My shipment has not arrived, what should I do?

If your shipment hasn’t arrived, first check the tracking details for updates. Delays can occur due to shipping carriers. If the package seems lost or stalled, contact the shipping provider. For further assistance, reach out with your order details, and we’ll help resolve the issue together.

If you did not pay for shipping, meaning you chose the free shipping option, please note that once the package is shipped there will be no way to know when it arrives. In case of problems with the post, no refunds will be given to those who choose this option at checkout.
